A post that has nothing to do with this blog.

So like the title says, this post has nothing to do with the blog. Well maybe a little bit.
So,if you have read my blog you would know that my husband, son, and I live in a house with his family.
When we moved here everything was okay, but recently it has gotten out of control. His family can not stand me anymore and avoid me like the plague. It is a very long story but I plan to tell the short version because I need to rant.
So, my son is a year and a half. He is a sweet kid but he has to defend himself around here. His big cousins (5 year olds) are mean and he has a baby cousin. She is 3 months younger than him but she likes to bite and claw his face. Well, my son had a bite mark on his arm one day and it turned into a bruise. It pissed me off so I ranted on Facebook by posting a picture. The bite mark picture upset my husband's family. It escalated from there. My mother in-law and my 3 sister in-laws wanted to fight me. Now they talk shit behind my back and avoid me. I want to move so bad but my husband doesn't. I am so unhappy. I wish we had our own place. I am tired of being treated like shit. He doesn't understand . I wish he did. I followed him everywhere and moved where he wanted to move. My family lives in Louisiana and he will never move there so that means for me to be with him I can never live in Louisiana again. I will only get short visits with my family and not very often. I have given up
a lot to be with him..So, I wish that he would just move out of this house with me. I would do it for him.

Lucky Mommy

Mother's Day is tomorrow and it makes me realize how lucky I am. My son is so amazing. He is a year and a half now. He is so smart. I adore this little boy with all my heart. He brightens my days. Dillon changed my life forever but in a wonderful way. I wouldn't have it any other way. The best Mother's Day gift is being able to cuddle and love him. I cherish every moment with him.

Easter 2012

This year was Dillon's second Easter, but this year he was old enough to enjoy it. He had a blast. This is also our first holiday with Emilio's family. The house was VERY full. It went well, but I am glad it is over because I am exhausted. I love my life  even though things have been rough lately. I was so happy to spend the day with my son and husband. I am going to share some pictures of the day. I hope y'all all enjoyed your Easter too. Remember to cherish every moment because tomorrow is not guaranteed.

Falling Apart

We have been in Colorado for about 2 months now. I feel like my marriage is falling apart. My husband and I fight a lot lately. It is because he barely spends time with me. I just want to feel special. The only time he has spent with me was our anniversary. He did an amazing job. He took me to a movie and then out to eat at the Melting Pot. But since then he hasn't really done anything with me. Our anniversary was March 10th. :-/
I am feeling pretty left out. I work hard and all I am asking for is a little family time. I want things to go back to normal but I don't know how to accomplish that.

My new job

I have worked the fast food/restaurant business since I was 15. I have worked my way up from the bottom and I am proud to say that I just got a new job here in Colorado. I am an associate manager at Sonic now. I am so excited and I have been waiting for this for a long time. I just wanted to share my excitement with y'all!! Thank you for listening!

Dear Dillon

Dear Dillon,
You are asleep next to me as I write this. I want you to know how much i love you. You truly are the most amazing little boy in this big, bad world. When I look back on my life, I have a few accomplishments that I am proud of. I am proud of myself for graduating high school, attending college for that short bit of time, and being a hard worker. But my proudest moment is the day that I became your mommy! You are my pride and joy. Your little smiles and innocent giggles brighten my days. You have changed my life for the best! You will always be my baby boy. I hope that you will grow up to be a strong, smart, and respectable man. I will NEVER turn my back on you! I will love you forever! Never forget that!
With love,
Your mommy
